Thank you to all the participants in the 2012 Women's Global Event presented by the PDGA! The numbers far exceeded our expectations as we had 636 competitors in 15 divisions playing in 24 states and 4 different countries!

Although we had an outstanding response to our Inaugural Women’s Global Event, we have decided to host this event on a bi-annual basis. We plan on taking this time to work on the PDGA platform to be able to host such a large event and adjust our game plan to make 2014 even better! 

Thank you to the PDGA staff for their hard work and support of this event. Without their long hours of organizing and updating player's lists, this event would not be possible. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

To continue the tradition, we encourage you all to still host your own women’s event on Mother’s Day weekend to locally build your numbers. Thank you to all the sponsors, supporters, and players that made the 2012 WGE a huge success! We look forward to the years ahead and the difference we will make as we continue to grow the women's field for all divisions!
