Event Rundown & Promotion:

This event will be promoted through the PDGA website, DiscGolf4Women.com, and DiscGolfPlanet.tv. Current tournaments on May 12 are eligible, but Events must be PDGA sanctioned to qualify (this will be a $25 sanctioning fee). Tournmant Directors or volunteers can apply to become a Global Event Organizer by registering their event through the PDGA website. Players can then register for the event through the PDGA Website or DiscGolf4Women.com by selecting the nearest registered Women’s Global Event.

We suggest that the Event Organizer turns in their Global Event scores after each round, but scores may be turned in immediately following their 2^nd round. Submitted Global scores will be calculated by the PDGA Office, and updated through the PDGA website. Players from around the world will be able to view up to the minute score coverage from events around the world. We will also be developing a internet show of the event through DiscGolfPlanet.tv. Compiled video coverage, scoring updates, and interviews from the day of the event. This will add to the excitment and the publicity our of event in hopes more women will participate each year!

Sponsorship Levels

Major Sponsor/Player’s Pack Sponsorship:

Your product will be made available to women from all around the world, as you will be providing your product for the player’s packages given to all the competitors.

Number of Products: Because we cannot estimate the number of women players we expect to have, the exact number of Pre-Event player’s packs will not be finalized until April 12, 2012.

Your company name and/or logo will be present in all media types (Flyer, Website, and Articles) listed as a Major Sponsor.

A 15 second commercial, that you provide, will be aired on the DiscGolfPlanet.tv coverage the day of the event airing.

Prize Sponsor:

You can sponsor by donating a substantial product to be used to bump up the Am Prizes. We will announce that you have supplied the event with a great prize for the highest placing Amateur players.

Your company name and/or logo will be present in all media types (Flyer, Website, and Articles) listed as a Prize Sponsor.

Event Organizer Sponsor:

You can sponsor a product to distribute to those who have volunteered to become an Event Organizer. The number of Events/Event Organizers will be finalized on April 12, 2012.

Giveaway Sponsor:

We hope to bump up the promotion by offering giveaways prior to the event to increase the excitement. Giveaway examples could include 100^th person to register, 1^st international person to register, etc.
